HEY EVERYBODY!

Well it is time to say good bye to the locks that I have been growing since November 6^th 2012.  This project is near and dear to me I hope you can help with the hard part, I did the easy part!  When my Mother Maureen passed away on April 2^nd 2012 I was trying to figure out a way to make an impact with someone or an association affiliated with cancer.  To be reflective of my Mom and represent her the best way as possible (sans my bad hair days) I decided to grow out my hair for Wig for Kids program.  “Maurie” as she was known to her Grandchildren was all about looking good and when you look good you can feel good and feeling good brings confidence.

My thoughts were that I can provide something in hopes that a little boy or girl can walk into a room without feeling different.  I can donate in way so that my donation can assist in building a child’s confidence when they enter a room and not worry about how they look.  So going from a complete buzz cut to 14 inches has taken a while.  I hope you can help with raising enough funds to produce 1 wig for a special kiddo.
